TriNet is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Atlanta, GA to support critical pre-hire and recruiting operations. The TAC will partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to manage recruitment tasks and ensure a positive experience for hiring managers and candidates.

You will be involved in scheduling, offer letters, background checks, and compliance efforts, working with internal partners and external vendors.

Qualifications

• 5 years of professional recruitment or HR experience.
• 2 years of recruiting coordination experience, in-house or agency.
• Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting process.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Schedule high-volume interviews across multiple roles and time zones.
• Own pre-employment processing: job requisitions, offers, background checks.
• Prepare offer letters and adjudicate background/reference checks.
• Maintain candidate files for compliance and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, assistants, external vendors and candidates.
• Generate reports on candidate activity for TA leadership.
