Job summary

TriNet seeks a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition – Emerging Talent to spearhead internship, university recruiting, rotational and early career programs. You will partner with business leaders to build scalable pipelines and a best-in-class candidate experience.

Lead campus events, define KPIs, and drive diversity in talent acquisition while collaborating with Employer Brand and Marketing. You will coach a team, leverage market insights, and align programs with organizational priorities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Typically 8+ years of talent acquisition/university recruiting/workforce planning experience.
• Typically 3+ years leading recruiting, university relations, campus recruiting, internship, or talent development teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year emerging talent strategy aligned with workforce planning.
• Lead university recruiting, internship, co-op, rotational, and early career programs.
• Build partnerships with universities, associations, and workforce orgs.
• Identify future talent needs with business leaders and create scalable programs.
• Design and oversee internship and early career experiences to drive conversion to full-time.
• Establish KPIs to measure program effectiveness and diversity outcomes.
• Collaborate with Employer Brand and Marketing to boost TriNet's employer presence.
• Lead campus recruiting events and virtual engagement programs.
• Create innovative sourcing strategies to expand diverse talent pools.
• Manage external partnerships and vendors supporting university recruiting.
• Ensure integration of programs across recruiting processes and teams.
• Provide coaching and development for the emerging talent team.
