Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Atlanta, GA team onsite. You will manage high-volume interview scheduling across multiple roles and time zones, and own pre-employment processing including job requisitions, offer letters, and background checks.

You will maintain candidate files for compliance, collaborate with hiring managers and vendors, generate recruitment reports, and participate in system implementations and process improvements to optimize talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years professional experience in recruitment or HR preferred.
• 2 years recruiting coordination experience, in-house or agency.

Responsibilities
