You will partner with People Analytics and TA Ops to establish metrics, ensure tool adoption, and guide implementation across projects. This role demands strong analytical skills, enterprise system experience, and expertise in TA tooling.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical ability to evaluate recruiting health.
• Synthesize data using spreadsheet/visualization tools and influence executives.
• Enterprise ATS administration experience (Greenhouse preferred).
• Experience with enterprise ticketing platforms (ServiceNow).
• Knowledge of sourcing CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and execute strategic TA Operations roadmaps to streamline end-to-end recruitment workflows.
• Serve as the strategic partner and system administrator for TA technology platforms (Greenhouse, Gem, ServiceNow).
• Drive continuous improvement of the TA tech stack by identifying gaps and evaluating processes.
• Partner with People Analytics and TA Operations to establish TA metrics and derive actionable insights.
• Oversee testing and troubleshooting of new tools and processes; support implementation and adoption.
