Job summary

Waymo LLC is seeking a Business System Lead for Real Estate and HR to architect and scale enterprise applications powering Waymo’s workforce and workplace solutions. The role bridges People Operations, REWS, and Engineering to automate identity provisioning, desk allocation, and access control.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define architecture roadmaps, and drive AI-first design for core processes while ensuring security, privacy, and governance across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• 8–10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting HR, facilities/real estate.
• Strong understanding of HR and Real Estate tech and core processes (Hire to Retire).
• Solid project management with Agile/Scrum, backlog management, and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year technology roadmap across People, Culture, and REWS systems.
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of analysts, engineers, and PMs with sprint backlogs and releases.
• Architect automated workflows and identity provisioning across lifecycle events.
• Embed AI-native tools, LLM-driven automations, and RPA in core processes.
• Lead SaaS implementations and SAP/Workday integrations.
• Ensure governance, data privacy, and SOC/SOX controls across changes.
