Job summary

Dahlia TalentEQ is seeking a Recruiter to organize and streamline the recruiting process across multiple client engagements in a startup-like environment. You will coordinate interviews, manage calendars, and support from outreach to offer stage, ensuring a positive candidate experience and precise tracking in ATS.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of recruiting or recruitment coordination experience, strong communication, and comfort with evolving processes.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or recruitment coordination.
• Experience in fast-paced or client-facing environments.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruiting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
• Manage calendars, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience.
• Support end-to-end recruiting operations, from outreach through offer stage.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and tracking systems.
• Assist with job postings, candidate communications, and pipeline management.
• Prepare interview materials and ensure hiring teams are organized and aligned.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the recruiting team and leadership.
• Take on ad hoc projects as client needs evolve.
