Formación

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, scheduling, or talent acquisition operations.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage interview scheduling across candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams, including complex and multi-stage interviews.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a responsive, professional, and high-touch experience.
• Manage candidate pipelines and track progress through all stages of the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the applicant tracking system.
• Prepare candidates with interview logistics, expectations, and relevant context.
• Coordinate interview logistics including calendars, travel (as needed), and day-of support.
• Communicate status updates and respond to candidate inquiries in a timely manner.
• Support and coordinate post-interview debriefs with hiring teams.
• Assist with offer processes, including documentation, approvals, and handoffs to onboarding.
• Identify scheduling challenges and process inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting coordination workflows and candidate experience.
