Instrata Technologies, LLC. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the full recruiting lifecycle, provide ATS data entry, and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring teams.

You will assist with sourcing candidates and help generate recruiting reports for the HR team. The role involves posting positions, supporting resume screening, and aiding with pre-employment steps like background checks, while maintaining organized recruiting files and contributing to employer branding

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• 0–2 years in administrative, customer service, or coordination role; recruiting or HR exposure is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional verbal and written communication for candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to learn and navigate applicant tracking systems and recruiting tech.

Responsabilidades

• Enter, update, and maintain candidate and requisition records in the ATS with data integrity.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews and related logistics (rooms, video links, calendaring).
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates during scheduling with timely communication.
• Assist with sourcing candidates via ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, and other tools.
