Job summary

Instrata is seeking an entry-level Talent Acquisition Specialist in Charlotte, NC. This role supports the full recruiting lifecycle, including ATS data entry, scheduling, sourcing, and reporting, while assisting the Talent Acquisition and HR teams.

You will help maintain candidate records, coordinate interviews, and contribute to employer branding efforts and special projects. This position offers an entry-level pathway into talent acquisition and HR.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0–2 years in administrative, customer service, or coordination roles; recruiting/HR exposure a plus.
• Experience with ATS and candidate management is a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain candidate and requisition records in the ATS with accuracy.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, calendars, and logistics.
• Provide timely communication to candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with candidate sourcing via ATS, job boards, and LinkedIn.
• Post positions to approved boards and monitor posting performance.
• Support with resume screening and initial candidate qualification.
