Mortenson is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations to lead recruitment operations across Craft, Non-Craft, and College hiring. This leader will translate a cross-functional view of TA into a prioritized multi-year roadmap and guide a growing operations team to scale through process and technology improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive view of TA across Craft, Non-Craft, and College hiring.
• Build and execute a multi-year TA Operations roadmap with system adoption and process improvements.
• Lead TA Operations through transformation with governance and sustainable adoption.
• Develop and lead a growing TA Operations team.
• Standardize processes and establish new practices and technology investments.
• Ensure compliant, diverse, and inclusive recruitment practices.
• Oversee reporting, systems, and recruiter training for consistency.
