You will oversee an expanding operations team, ensure standardized processes and compliant practices, and partner with IT, HR, and external partners to deliver scalable, high-quality candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field.
• Minimum ten years of recruiting or HR experience.
• Experience leading talent acquisition initiatives.
• Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS/database systems.
• Strong teamwork, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
• Strong project management skills with multitasking ability.
• Ability to present to internal audiences.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Knowledge of standard TA processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategy, Transformation and Team Leadership for TA Operations.
• Develop a multi-year TA Operations roadmap prioritizing system adoption and process enhancements.
• Oversee TA reporting, systems, and recruiter training for consistency.
• Ensure compliance with policies, OFCCP and diversity initiatives.
• Partner with HR/IT and external vendors to implement solutions.
• Drive change management and scalable experiences for candidates and hiring managers.
