Appsierra Group is seeking a Talent Operations Manager to lead onboarding, talent activation, and client success across high-velocity AI deployments in a remote, distributed environment. You will partner with product and engineering, manage 100+ contributors, and drive data-driven retention, QA, and performance reporting to keep operators engaged and aligned with enterprise needs.

Qualifications
- Exceptional written communication — clear, structured, direct
- Proven operator in remote, distributed environments
- Ownership mindset — lead 100+ contributors effectively
- Comfortable in high-velocity, ambiguous settings
- Data-fluent with dashboards, KPIs, diagnostics
Responsibilities
- Run large-scale onboarding with speed and precision
- Activate and manage distributed talent pools for AI/data operations
- Build and maintain trusted enterprise client relationships
- Anticipate and resolve blockers quickly
- Drive customer success outcomes across deployments
- Publish clear weekly performance and milestone reports
- Host community syncs to keep operators engaged
- Partner with product/engineering teams to align talent ops with evolving needs
- Continuously refine onboarding, QA, and retention systems using data
