Job summary

Invesco is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to coordinate interviews across North America and to lead scheduling platform administration. You will optimize recruiting operations, support Workday and associated tools, and help manage vendor invoices while advancing efficient processes.

The role emphasizes automation, technology adoption, and an enjoyment of fast-paced, collaborative work environments. Hybrid work and regional coordination are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or related roles.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting or similar ATS preferred.
• Strong experience with interview scheduling and recruiting tech stacks.
• Experience managing invoices or vendor relationships.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across time zones and seniority levels.
• Administer interview scheduling platform and drive process improvements.
• Support recruiting operations within Workday and other tech.
• Process and track recruiting vendor invoices and assist with vendor management.
• Develop recruiting process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows via automation and tech.
