Job summary

Invesco is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in New York to lead end-to-end recruiting for the Investments organization. You will work with investment leaders to attract, assess, and deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment, guiding managers and candidates through the full hiring lifecycle.

You will build strong relationships with internal clients and external partners, leveraging sourcing strategies and employer branding to support both immediate needs and longer-term

Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years of dedicated, end-to-end recruiting experience across roles in Investment/finance.
• Proven ability to attract, assess, and deliver top talent aligned to role requirements and firm culture.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop multi-channel recruiting strategies.
• Manage full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, selection, offers, onboarding.
• Build robust pipelines to support immediate needs and long-term workforce planning.
• Develop search strategies with role specs, criteria, timelines, sourcing approaches, and interview frameworks.
• Align recruiting plans with stakeholders to ensure shared accountability and effective outcomes.
• Identify and implement cost-efficient sourcing strategies; leverage market intelligence and external partners as needed.
