Job summary

NorthMark Strategies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator to support the TA team in scaling NMC²—our high-performance computing and cloud infrastructure business.

This role is based in Dallas, TX at our Victory Commons office, and you will own interview logistics, candidate pipeline management, and data integrity in Workday, ensuring an exceptional experience for every candidate and hiring manager.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a TA operations or scheduling role.
• Able to communicate concisely and confidently with the wider business.
• Highly organized, efficient and able to operate at pace.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and pivot in a complex environment.
• Proven experience working across time zones and office locations.
• Strong MS Office skills including strong Excel.
• Tableau or Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point person for interview scheduling; gather availability, send calendar invites, coordinate across time zones.
• Provide an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the full recruitment process.
• Support the TA team in partnering with external recruiters and measuring vendor performance.
• Set up new roles and manage candidates in Workday and other CRMS; maintain data and reports.
• Be a super user for our systems and first line of TA team support.
• Educate interviewers on how to use Workday and related tools.
• Gather feedback from hiring managers and candidates.
• Build visual reports on hiring status, pipeline and diversity metrics.
• Map the market for key open roles with the TA team.
• Administer assessments and tests for candidates as needed.
