Job summary

Fora Health is seeking an HR Coordinator to own recruitment, onboarding, and lifecycle HR tasks. You will coordinate offers, background checks, pre-employment screening, and new hire orientation to ensure a smooth first weeks’ experience.

The role supports records, compliance, offboarding, and data reporting in a fast-paced environment. You’ll engage with hiring managers, manage licenses where applicable, and help maintain policy adherence while contributing to employee relations and wellness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Comfort with HRIS/ATS platforms and confidentiality of information.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment: post, screen, interview coordination, and offers.
• Own new hire onboarding from offer to first weeks.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance in filing and documentation.
• Support employee relations, benefits enrollment, and leave policies.
• Assist with training coordination and performance management.
• Generate HR reports on recruiting, turnover, and metrics.
