• Own end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate pre-employment steps including background checks and drug tests.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration tasks.
• Generate and maintain HR reports on recruiting and turnover.
• Assist with employee relations, benefits enrollment, and training coordination.
