Job summary

Flynn's Tire & Auto Service in the Western PA/Eastern Ohio area is seeking a proactive HR professional focused on recruiting and onboarding. You will build talent pipelines, source candidates creatively, and partner with hiring managers to fill roles across retail, warehouse, automotive service, and management.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of recruiting experience, familiarity with ATS such as ADP, strong interviewing skills, and the ability to work across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional recruiting/talent acquisition experience required.
• Familiarity with ATS, recruiting platforms, social media recruiting, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies for multiple positions (retail, warehouse, automotive service, sales, management).
• Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interviews, and facilitate selections.
