Job summary

The role supports compensation, benefits, training and employee relations, ensuring accurate HR records and process improvements; a Bachelor's in HR and 3 years' recruiting/generalist experience are required, with healthcare recruiting and CBAs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with focus on Human Resources and a minimum of 3 years current experience in recruiting/generalist role.
• Experience with social media platforms for recruitment (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc).
• Solid understanding of applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
