Job summary

Heritage Valley is seeking an HR recruiter to partner with hiring managers, develop recruiting plans, and manage the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and at least 3 years in recruiting or HR generalist roles, with experience using social media

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; 3+ years in recruiting or HR generalist role.
• Experience using social media for recruitment, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations; strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to fill approved job opportunities.
• Develop recruitment plans and use traditional and creative sourcing methods.
• Screen, interview, and select candidates; manage onboarding and orientation.
• Collaborate with compensation, benefits, training and employee relations teams.
• Assist with HR projects and process improvements as needed.
