Job summary

Pillars Community Health in Illinois is seeking a recruiter focused on end-to-end hiring, interviewing, and onboarding to strengthen our HR team. You will partner with hiring supervisors, post jobs via ATS, source candidates, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews and offers, ensuring a smooth, compliant hiring process across our healthcare services.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and a valid Illinois Driver's License for site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business management or related field.
• At least 2 years in employee recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Healthcare and staffing agency recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with hiring supervisors to define open positions and recruitment strategy.
• Post jobs via ATS and monitor posting effectiveness.
• Source candidates through resumes, networks, colleges and platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens.
• Coordinate interviews and reference checks; extend offers.
• Onboard new hires with orientation and training plans.
