Community First Medical Center in Chicago is seeking an HR Recruiter to coordinate talent acquisition, onboarding, and related activities in a high-touch, service-oriented environment. The role supports recruitment teams, hiring managers, and internal customers.

This on-site position emphasizes collaboration, maintaining confidential records, and guiding employees through benefits, leave, and development programs, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required and 1–3 years in Recruitment, Employment, or HR in a hospital setting.
• General knowledge of industry best practices, processes, and procedures.
• Proficiency with HR technology such as HRIS and ATS.
• Excellent telephone communication and strong listening skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and attention to detail.
• Ability to organize, prioritize workload and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate recruitment process including applicant tracking, assessments, testing, sourcing, and communications.
• Provide recruitment services to assigned departments and hiring managers under supervision.
• Schedule pre-screens, interviews, health appointments, and travel logistics.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and off-boarding activities.
• Maintain confidential personnel records and support employee relations inquiries.
• Collaborate with managers on performance management and employee development.
• Explain company policies and assist with benefits and leave administration.
• Support leave administration including FMLA where applicable.
