Bilingual HR Specialist to join our team and support attracting and hiring top talent for exciting career opportunities, as well as supporting other HR functions. This role acts as a facilitator to make the recruiting process smooth and welcoming for candidates and hiring managers. You will gain hands-on experience with talent acquisition and HR processes, using your language skills and exposure to various internal processes. Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for applicants, answering questions, providing updates, and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with the recruiting team and hiring managers to coordinate and conduct interviews in English and Spanish.
• Draft and post engaging job descriptions across multiple recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
• Translate candidate-facing materials and internal communications to support Spanish-speaking employees.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, including offer letters, orientation, and documentation.
• Answer questions related to benefits, payroll, and professional development to make employees feel welcome and supported.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) by updating candidate records, scheduling interviews, and tracking progress.

Qualifications

• Experience with ATS like Workday or ADP is preferred.

Base pay

$28.00/hr - $36.00/hr
