Intellivo is seeking a proactive Human Resources Specialist - Recruiting & Onboarding to join the People Operations Team. You will own end-to-end recruiting activities, screen and engage candidates, and coordinate onboarding for new hires to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

The role requires a hands-on, organized professional who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with hiring managers, and support onboarding and HR process improvements over time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
• Experience sourcing and screening candidates across multiple roles.
• Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, LinkedIn, and job boards.
• Strong organizational and deadline management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Execute full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/HRIS.
• Support onboarding and background checks as needed.
