Intellisense Systems, Inc. seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist (or Senior) to own full-cycle technical and non-technical recruiting. The role partners with management, recruits across multiple teams, and ensures a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Based in Torrance, CA, this onsite position involves building talent pipelines, utilizing ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, and coordinating with external agencies while supporting HR initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition with 1-year of general administration included; or 5+ years in TA with 2+ years general administration.
• HR certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) is a plus.
• Exposure to government contracting or regulated environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with FAR regulatory and document control requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle hiring across technical and non-technical teams.
• Develop job descriptions, post positions, source candidates, and negotiate recruitment efforts.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens.
• Proactively source passive talent using LinkedIn and databases.
• Develop sourcing strategies using AI-driven platforms and multiple channels.
• Manage ATS ensuring proper dispositioning for compliance.
• Coordinate end-to-end interview process and onboarding.
• Track recruiting metrics to drive improvement.
• Engage with external staffing agencies and manage intake calls.
