Job summary

Prime Intellect, Inc. is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator/People Operations specialist to own onboarding from candidate scheduling through the new hire's first weeks.

You will design each new hire’s first day, run end-to-end onboarding, and coordinate recruiting logistics across multiple searches, enabling a faster, more personal experience. You’ll work with the Executive Business Partner, Head of Talent, IT, and finance in an in-office San Francisco role, employing AI tools to streamline

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting coordination or people operations in high-volume environments.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, background checks, I-9 verification, and HRIS setup.
• Comfort using AI tools to automate repetitive onboarding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design the first-day experience for every new hire, including executive hires.
• Run end-to-end onboarding and coordinate across multiple searches and teams.
• Book travel for onsite interviews and host candidates with a warm, human experience.
• Maintain Ashby as the single source of truth: stages, notes, and pipeline hygiene.
• Own scheduling timelines, SLAs, and communication between recruiters and hiring managers.
