Job summary

This role manages the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding from pre-hire through Day One, coordinating with payroll, safety, and HR teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all new hire

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years HR experience with full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS and California employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Talent Acquisition and workforce planning.
• Partner with hiring managers from requisition intake to candidate selection.
• Advise leadership on compensation considerations, internal equity and offers.
