Job summary

Boudreau Pipeline is seeking an Assistant Recruiter in Corona, CA to support Talent Acquisition and workforce planning. The role involves coordinating full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, background checks, and candidate communications in a fast-paced construction environment.

You will partner with hiring managers, payroll, safety, IT, and HR to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• 1–3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR coordination or admin support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with full-cycle recruitment: postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and applicant communications.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a professional experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and assist with onboarding documentation and pre-employment checks.
• Support onboarding from pre-hire through Day One, including new hire readiness tasks.
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline activity, source effectiveness).
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company policies.
