iSpace (ASBC LLC), the official Apple Premium Partner in Georgia, seeks an HR Specialist to lead recruitment, onboarding, and core HR processes. You will collaborate with department managers, craft job descriptions, post roles, source candidates, and coordinate interviews to build a strong team.

This role emphasizes high energy, confidentiality, and strategic talent planning, with opportunities to grow across HR areas in a fast-moving retail environment.

Qualifications

• Higher education in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in HR, particularly recruitment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment platforms.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Identify future hiring needs and develop job descriptions and candidate specifications.
• Coordinate with managers to define role requirements and publish postings.
• Source candidates via databases, portals, social media, and networking events.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and organize phone and in-person interviews.
• Onboard new hires and manage documentation and CRM/ATS data.
