You’ll design onboarding programs, ensure a welcoming experience, coordinate with HR on records, and drive continuous improvement with data-driven insights, while upholding compliance and promoting diversity.

• Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement by gathering feedback from new hires and refining onboarding processes accordingly.

Responsibilities
