Qualifications

• At least 3 years of work experience with HR administration, processes and talent management.
• Experience with ATS systems such as Lever or Bamboo.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (ADP, Bamboo, Lever).
• Experience as HR or Talent Coordinator or on a hiring team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring and training teams to support HR from pre-boarding to offboarding.
• Support Talent Manager with recruitment activities: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and updating postings across sites.
• Distribute internal job postings, refresh job boards, and update recruitment tracking.
• Monitor ATS and add unique screening questions; assist in interview packets.
• Prepare interview information for panels and ensure timely feedback and materials.
• Create a positive candidate experience with timely status updates.
• Schedule and facilitate onboarding in collaboration with managers and staff training.
• Coordinate new hire itineraries and onboarding touchpoints across IT, Operations and training.
• Follow up on background and reference checks; assist with new hire documents.
• Use Zendesk to manage onboarding/offboarding processes including terminations, paperwork, and background checks.
• Provide confidential, culturally relevant support to all employees.
• Perform other duties as required.
