Job summary

Meaden & Moore is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team in screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruiting records. The role involves onboarding coordination and assisting with HR projects as needed.

You will work closely with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth process, while maintaining candidate communication and documentation. Familiarity with ATS and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Human Resources or related field required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 0-2 years of related experience.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and managers.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with recruiting, HR coordination, scheduling, or admin tasks preferred.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system or maintaining candidate records.

Responsibilities

• Review intern and staff applications and screen candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple levels.
• Prepare interview invitations and collect feedback.
• Maintain recruiting documents, trackers, and ATS records.
• Support college recruiting coordination and onboarding as needed.
• Assist with HR projects and process improvements.
