Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the full lifecycle recruitment process, from posting and screening to offers and onboarding. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organization Development, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• 3+ years recruiting/HR support experience.
• Experience with ATS and HR databases.
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and social recruiting media.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal departments and community organizations to submit candidates to hiring managers.
• Provide timely customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and community agencies.
• Coordinate eligibility assessments for potential candidates.
• Post open positions in the ATS and keep postings current.
• Source candidates, review applications, pre-screen, and extend offers for all positions.
• Generate a flow of resumes and candidates meeting job requirements; create recruitment ads via vendors.
• Coordinate interviews for management and prioritize recruiting activities.
• Conduct background and reference checks; arrange drug screenings; make conditional offers.
• Plan and participate in internal/external career events and job fairs.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation process.
• Enter accurate new employee data into HRIS.
• Perform general Recruiting and HR tasks and projects.
• Serve as Community Partner Liaison to answer questions and receive referrals.
• Distribute postings and flyers to community partners.
• Assist partners with inquiries and status of applications.
• Deliver presentations to the community and support special projects when needed.
