LCBC Church is seeking a Hiring and Recruiting Coordinator to manage recruiting and hiring administration. You will oversee Lever and Paycom, schedule interviews, manage pre-employment checks, and keep job descriptions up to date.

The role supports onboarding, transitions, and exit interviews while tracking hiring metrics. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in recruiting, proficiency with HRIS, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hiring and recruiting experience is preferred.
• Experience with recruiting systems (Lever, ADP, Paycom, Paylocity) is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Good communication and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruiting and hiring admin processes in Lever and Paycom.
• Coordinate calendars to schedule candidate interviews.
• Ensure completion of pre-employment assessments, background checks, and applications.
• Maintain and optimize applicant tracking processes.
• Update job descriptions as the organization grows.
• Monitor posting performance across platforms.
• Assist in creating job offers and onboarding processes.
• Support onboarding, transitions, offboarding, and exit interviews.
