Job summary

LCBC Church is seeking a Benefits and HRIS Specialist to ensure accurate benefits administration and timely payroll for our 300-person, multi-location staff. You will oversee enrollment, data integrity in the HRIS, and compliance with ACA, COBRA, FMLA, and church guidelines.

You will collaborate with the Director of Team Resourcing, manage benefits orientations, educate employees, and support audits while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail in a fast-paced ministry environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of payroll/benefits administration experience preferred.
• Experience with payroll systems (ADP/Paylocity/Paycom) preferred.
• Strong detail orientation and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist TR Director to manage compensation and benefits programs.
• Administer health, retirement, vacation, and other benefits.
• Educate employees on benefits options and enrollments.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and confidentiality.
• Oversee HRIS platform maintenance and benefits invoicing.
• Process payroll data, timesheets, and changes; ensure legal compliance.
• Coordinate open enrollment and support audits.
