LCBC Church is seeking a Hiring and Recruiting Coordinator to manage recruiting and hiring administration, including Lever, Paycom, interview scheduling, assessments, and background checks. The role supports the Recruiting and Hiring Specialist and Director of Team Resourcing, tracks hiring metrics, and oversees the employee lifecycle beyond hiring, from onboarding to exit interviews.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of recruiting experience, strong Excel/HRIS skills, and the ability to handle

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of hiring and recruiting experience.
• Experience with Lever, ADP, Paycom, or Paylocity.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and HRIS/recruiting software.
• Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Oversee recruiting and hiring admin processes in Lever and Paycom.
• Coordinate calendars to schedule candidate interviews.
• Ensure completion of pre-employment assessments, background checks, and applications.
• Maintain and update ATS processes for efficiency.
• Oversee onboarding, transitions, offboarding, and exit interviews.
