Job summary

Ace Hardware Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for the Retail Support Center. The role supports recruitment activities, coordinates interviews, and helps manage onboarding processes in alignment with HR goals.

This on-site position requires strong organizational skills and confidentiality. The successful candidate will handle intake meetings, post openings, and administer background checks, while coordinating new hire orientation and maintaining HR records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; emphasis on Human Resources is a bonus.
• PHR/SPHR desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment efforts including intake meetings, phone screens, and sourcing resumes.
• Attend weekly recruitment meetings and post job openings.
• Administer post-offer drug testing and background checks; arrange clinic visits.
• Enter job requisitions and manage candidate data in the applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and send invites; arrange room setup and meals.
