Ace Hardware Home Services is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to provide on-site administrative and employee support for assigned locations. You will help with onboarding, maintain employee records, support payroll administration, and help ensure consistent people operations practices across locations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of HR, office management or administrative support experience.
• Experience onboarding, payroll administration, or employee records management.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Aufgaben

• Coordinate onboarding and maintain employee records and onboarding documentation.
• Assist with payroll-related processes and respond to payroll inquiries.
• Maintain employee rosters, contact lists, and people-related tracking tools.
• Coordinate employee engagement events, recognition programs and celebrations.
• Prepare and distribute employee communications and act as liaison between employees, location leadership, and HR.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for assigned locations and assist leaders with administrative tasks.
