Qualifications

• Demonstrated relevant clerical experience; experience within the human resources field strongly preferred.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to work with multiple Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with others, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Assist with applicant tracking in Workday ATS; review records and disposition candidates promptly.
• Represent recruiting at events to promote Wayne-Sanderson Farms and build community relationships.
• Coordinate screening and interviews with production leadership and recommend best candidates.
• Partner with HR Leadership on offers and onboarding to ensure a positive new hire experience.
• Check rehire status and merge records as needed; schedule new hires for orientation.
