Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking an HR Coordinator at the Pendergrass, Georgia plant to support hourly recruitment and onboarding processes. You will manage applicant data in Workday and coordinate interviews with production leadership, ensuring all new hire paperwork is completed efficiently.

This role partners with field recruiters and HR leadership to streamline the job bid process and enhance the candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Clerical experience; experience in HR preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Workday or similar HCM system knowledge preferred.
• Excellent English communication; multilingual skills a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with applicant tracking in Workday; review records and disposition candidates.
• Represent the company at recruiting events to attract applicants.
• Coordinate screening and interviews with production leadership; recommend best candidates.
• Partner with HR leadership on job bids and offer letters.
• Check rehire status and merge records as needed.
• Schedule new hires for orientation and complete paperwork for onboarding.
