Qualifications

• Strong computer skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written; multilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Screen applicants and assist with ATS management in Workday.
• Coordinate interviews with appropriate production leadership.
• Assist with job bid process and offer letters.
• Schedule and coordinate new hire orientations and pre-employment tasks.
