• Provide daily recruiting support, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
• Manage onboarding documentation and ensure candidates complete all required pre-employment steps.
• Assist recruiters with job postings, resume formatting, and candidate tracking.
• Communicate with placed employees regarding onboarding, payroll setup, and system access.
• Support recruiters with pipeline organization and status updates.
• Run front desk operations independently.
