Job summary

Ada County's Human Resources Department is seeking an HR Recruitment & Selection Coordinator to guide candidates and hiring teams from application through onboarding. You will manage scheduling, communications, and compliance, ensuring a smooth experience and accurate records in ATS and HRIS.

This role involves representing Ada County at job fairs and college events, building a diverse talent pipeline, and advising managers on recruitment processes while upholding federal and state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field required.
• Two years’ experience in employee selection, resume review, interviewing, and coordinating recruitment activities preferred.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP credential a plus.
• Proven customer service skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and selection processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Administer ATS/HRIS and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Represent Ada County at job fairs and recruitment events.
• Advise managers on selection and pre-employment issues and coordinate pre-employment checks.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
