Trinity Health in Boise, ID is seeking a Coordinator for Provider Recruitment to support regional physician recruitment and local Talent Acquisition teams. You will deliver exceptional service to hiring managers, internal colleagues and applicants while ensuring compliance with the hiring process.

This entry-level to mid-level role requires an Associate's degree and 2 years in Talent Acquisition or related admin/customer service in high-volume environments; Workday experience is a plus.

Formación

• Associate's degree in Business, HR or related field.
• Two years of Talent Acquisition or administrative/customer service in high-volume environment.
• Experience using Workday or similar ATS is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supports recruitment coordination, including applicant tracking and sourcing diverse candidate pools.
• Follows up with candidates on status and interview outcomes.
• Schedules interviews, health screens, travel and orientation.
• Coordinates onboarding tasks on-site (fingerprinting, I-9, badge photos).
• Prepares regular reports on recruitment activities.
• Supports local and regional recruiting events and maintains calendar.
• Provides responsive customer service and builds relationships remotely.
• Handles billing statements and invoices.
• Maintains knowledge of positions and culture to market roles.
• Supports marketing initiatives like ads and postings.
