Job summary

Saint Alphonsus is seeking a Coordinator to provide regional administrative support to physician recruiters and the VP of Recruitment, delivering exceptional service to hiring managers, colleagues, and applicants while complying with the hiring process. The role is full-time with a day shift in Boise, ID.

Requirements include an Associate’s Degree in Business, HR or related field with two years in Talent Acquisition or related admin/customer service in a high-volume environment; Workday

Qualifications

• Knowledge of recruiting practices and processes as typically gained with an Associate's Degree and 2 years in Talent Acquisition or admin/customer service in a high-volume environment.
• Experience using Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides recruitment coordination support including applicant tracking, screening, and sourcing diverse candidate pools for entry-level or high-volume openings.
• Schedules interview dates, health screens, travel logistics, and orientation events.
• Coordinates onboarding tasks on-site (I-9 verification, fingerprinting, badge photos).
• Prepares regular reports on recruitment and selection activities.
• Maintains knowledge of positions, requirements, and culture to market and source appropriate applicants.
• Supports with recruitment marketing initiatives and ads.
