Job summary

Knobelsdorff (KE) is seeking a Recruiting Coordination and Onboarding specialist to support the Electric Division from opening a position through new hire onboarding. You will coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, maintain ATS workflows, and ensure pre-employment steps are completed efficiently.

You’ll work with HR, IT, Safety, and hiring managers to deliver a smooth candidate experience, track hiring metrics, and help improve onboarding processes while upholding KE’s safety and

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, onboarding, or HR roles.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Associate degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field; equivalent work experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and serve as point of contact for candidates.
• Manage candidate activity and workflows in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support offer letters, acceptance docs, and pre-employment requirements.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment activities.
• Assist with recruiting metrics, reporting, and hiring updates.
• Partner with HR, IT, Safety, and other teams to prepare new hires for day one.
