Knobelsdorff (KE) is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team across Enterprise, Power Services, and Automation divisions. You’ll coordinate interviews, manage candidate activity in the ATS, and assist with onboarding from offer through first days.

This fast-moving role requires 1–3 years in recruiting coordination or HR, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and an associate degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, onboarding, talent acquisition, HR, or a related role.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting Coordination: Support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews and serve as a point of contact for candidates.
• Manage candidate activity and workflows within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Post and maintain job openings on internal and external job boards.
• Support offer letters, acceptance documentation, and pre-employment requirements.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, employment verifications, and other pre-employment activities.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and track open positions.
• Support career fairs, hiring events, employee referral programs, and recruiting outreach.
• Assist with recruiting metrics, reporting, and hiring updates.
• Onboarding & New Hire Experience: Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires from offer acceptance through onboarding.
• Coordinate pre-boarding communications, required paperwork, orientations, and training schedules.
• Coordinate new hire travel arrangements as needed.
• Partner with HR, hiring managers, IT, Safety, and other teams to prepare new hires for their first day.
• Monitor onboarding milestones and follow up to support a positive new hire experience.
• Support new hire engagement and retention efforts during the first year of employment.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and create efficiencies.
• Administrative & Compliance Support: Maintain recruiting, onboarding, and personnel records with confidentiality.
• Help ensure recruiting and onboarding processes align with company policies and employment requirements.
• Support audits, reporting needs, and compliance initiatives.
• Assist with Talent Acquisition and HR projects, process improvements, and special initiatives.
