Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies for short-term and long-term business needs for assigned division or workstream within Universal Orlando Resort; monitor TA progress against business analytics and demand.
• Develop effective pipeline strategies for internal and external talent pools and coach the TA team.
• Partner with Hiring Managers, Records, Compensation, Investigations, Talent Development, and HRBP teams to identify process improvements.
