Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a results-driven Manager to lead recruitment strategies for Universal Studios Hollywood, overseeing a team of recruiters for high-volume hiring across the park and CityWalk.

You will partner with business leaders and Workforce Planning, analyze performance, and drive scalable processes while maintaining a superior candidate experience. Hybrid schedule, 4 days in-office per week.

Qualifications

• 7+ years recruitment experience in-house or agency, with 4+ years people management.
• Proven high-volume recruiting experience and targets achievement.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of recruiters and coordinators for high-volume hiring at Universal Studios Hollywood park and CityWalk.
• Set clear performance expectations, coach, develop, and guide the team to drive results.
• Partner with business leaders and Workforce Planning on recruiting strategies.
• Analyze recruitment performance, workload, and staffing trends to optimize resources.
• Oversee hiring events, community outreach, and employer branding to attract diverse talent.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain a high-quality candidate experience.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and adoption of new processes and tools.
• Use data and metrics to evaluate effectiveness and inform decisions for hiring.
• Advise hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning.
• Occasionally manage full-cycle recruitment for key roles as needed.
