You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates, building strong talent pools and guiding Hiring Managers to make informed decisions.

The role emphasizes on-site work with close collaboration across HR and operations to ensure an employer of choice experience for candidates and teams.

Qualifications

• Adept at sourcing passive candidates via social networks and databases.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements recruitment strategies for UKR frontline roles.
• Manages full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Advises Hiring Managers and partners with HR on staffing needs and processes.
• Represents Universal Kids Resort at job fairs and events.
• Monitors recruitment progress and adjusts strategies to fill requisitions.
